Shipping basics & options

Shipping & Returns Policy: All sales are final. We will only accept returns in cases where the goods are faulty. See our Returns Policy Below

In Stock Items We will endeavour to process and ship in-stock items within 1-2 business days of receipt of payment, but please understand that on rare occasions, unavoidable delays may occur, and it may take longer. If your order for in stock items hasn’t shipped within 14 days of placing the order you shall be intituled to cancel the order with a full refund or avail of a store credit note for 5% of the value of your order.

Out of stock items Out of stock / Pre order conditions (5% Discount) If any item is out of stock and you would like to order it, you will receive a 5% pre order discount. To qualify for this you must pay for the items in full, less the 5% discount before the item is ordered by us from our suppliers. Orders take 3-4 weeks from time of order from our suppliers to arrive in our shop, so as a general rule your payment must be made at least 3 weeks before the item comes back into stock. Please note, however, that orders can take longer than 4 weeks to arrive. If an item you have ordered and paid for takes longer than a month to come back into stock, you will be entitled to a full refund unless you have been told at time of ordering that it will take longer than 1 month to arrive. Please note that the pre order discount does not apply to any sale or special offer items. Also please note that very rarely due to conditions beyond our control (such as exchange rates) prices may change slightly when the new order come in however this is, usually, never more than 1-3%. To save us time in having to call you back please when ordering out of stock items can you put a note in the comments box which you will get when making payment saying that you either: 1) Would like to pre order the out of stock items to be sent separately from the currently in stock items. (this will involve an extra shipping cost) 2) Would like to pre order the out of stock items to be sent with the in stock items when everything is in stock.

Returns We do not offer a warranty on the products themselves since improper use can break a product very quickly. That's why you should read the instructions carefully before using your product. Should you find damage or problems with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your product for immediate action. We cannot offer warranty periods beyond that since we cannot control how the gun or accessories are used. Any problem reports made after 24 hours will not be honoured by Go Tactical Ltd.

Exceptions to the 24 hour warranty period Go Tactical Ltd will not be held liable to replace/reimburse any customers in the case of the following - a) Cosmetic scratches/damage - Occasionally, some Chinese manufactured "clone" guns are issued from the factory with slight cosmetic scratches or damage. We will not be held responsible for such issues. b) Faulty battery / charger - Some Chinese manufacturers include cheap batteries and chargers as free "extras" with their guns. These batteries and chargers are usually of low quality, and occasionally prone to failure after sustained use. Go Tactical Ltd will not replace, nor be held liable for any damage caused by these items. If for some reason you need to return an item to us, the cost of delivery will be covered by you the customer, however the details of this will be discussed on a 1-to-1 basis at the time.
